Supporting Iranian Voices: Why Advocacy Matters

Young people in Iran are risking their lives to demand freedom, equality, and a democratic future. Their courage deserves to be heard and their message must reach the world. That’s where we come in.

As a youth-led movement across North America, Iranian American Youth for a Free Iran empowers the next generation of Iranian diaspora advocates to speak up, organize, and take action. We unite students, young professionals, and community leaders who believe sovereignty should belong to the people not to a monarch, not to a theocracy.

Our advocacy elevates the leadership of Iran’s youth and reinforces the growing network of Resistance Units defying dictatorship on the ground. Through campus organizing, global conferences, digital campaigns, and policy engagement, we help ensure that the fight for freedom inside Iran is supported by a powerful voice outside it.

We stand for a future defined by:

• Democracy and free elections

• Human rights for every citizen

• Separation of religion and state

• A pluralistic Iran where all are represented
