Our Community at the Free Iran Convention 2025 In Washington DC.
The Free Iran Convention 2025 brought together more than 1,000 Iranian scholars, youth, professionals, and community leaders to outline a clear vision for ending dictatorship and building a democratic, secular, and non-nuclear republic in Iran.
Our community members shared powerful testimonies about the fight for freedom in Iran:
-
Nicole Shariati - A cybersecurity consultant from Denver connected her advocacy to her father’s imprisonment for speaking the truth, vowing to carry forward the struggle of those who sacrificed everything.
-
Mohammedreza Hesami - A medical dosimetrist who grew up in Iran described how the regime suppresses ambition and individuality, policing how young people think, dress, and dream.
-
Seena Saiedian A law student from the University of Virginia explained why Iran’s youth overwhelmingly demand full regime change, a bold but necessary step for securing a free future.
-
Mahrana “Mickey” Mohammadi, a Penn State law student, highlighted the MEK’s youth-driven roadmap and the hope it has sparked among young leaders advocating abroad and inside Iran.
